Rules & Disclaimers
Face painting is a fun experience that adds joy and excitement to any event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone, we ask all participants to adhere to the following important guidelines:
1. Age Requirement: Face painting is available for children aged 3 years and older. This age limit is set by our insurance to ensure that children can understand and appreciate the experience while sitting still during the painting process.
2. Emotional Readiness: We want each child to have a positive experience. If a child appears upset or is unwilling to participate, we kindly ask that they sit out. It’s important that every participant feels comfortable and eager to be painted.
3. Health Considerations: For the safety of all participants, we will not paint individuals who are unwell or those with skin conditions such as rashes, open wounds, or allergic reactions. If you have any concerns regarding a specific condition, please consult with us before the painting begins.
4. Adult Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the face painting process. This ensures that children feel secure and that any questions or concerns can be addressed immediately.
5. Closed Line Policy: When the line for face painting is closed, we kindly ask that you respect this policy. Our goal is to provide quality service to each participant, and once the line closes, we must focus on completing the current sessions.
6. Respect and Safety: We request that everyone respect these guidelines to maintain a fun and safe atmosphere for all participants. A positive environment benefits everyone involved and fosters an enjoyable experience.
Important Safety Information:
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, it’s important to note that skin reactions may occasionally occur. Although we use only professional-grade face paints that are FDA-approved for cosmetic use, we cannot guarantee that reactions will not happen. Each individual’s skin is unique, and reactions can vary.
For those who may have concerns about skin sensitivity, we are happy to provide a test swatch of the face paint prior to the full application. This allows participants to see how their skin reacts to the paint before being fully painted.
Please note that the artist will not be held liable for any reactions that may occur. Our priority is to promote safety and enjoyment, and we reserve the right to decline face painting if we believe it may pose a risk to the participant’s health.
By following these guidelines, we can create a fun, safe, and memorable face painting experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to painting smiles on faces.
